URC REMOTE INPUT BUTTON NOT WORKIN TV
Properly program your remote- Use the TV Remote Control Setup Tool or view these instructions online. Here is a great post by goes over this more in detail and offers other solutions. To minimize the possibility of interference, make sure there is adequate space between your TV and the U-verse receiver. Maintain adequate space between the receiver and the TV – Some newer TVs have backlighting that occasionally can interfere with the remote control signal. The remote control works at maximum distance of about 20 feet, so make sure you are within that range. Clear any obstructions between the remote control and the receiver. Aim the remote control directly at the receiver, not at the TV or another device. Aim the remote – Your AT&T U-verse remote control is sending signals to your receiver.

Also, make sure your TV’s input settings match the type of cable you are using. I am able to navigate thru the Cubes home menu and choose all my loaded apps and navigate thru them without a problem, EXCEPT for the HULU app. While this may not work well on older television models and may or may not work on present models, depending on the design it is generally possible to change the TVs input mode by pressing a button labeled 'Input,' then using either the channel or volume keys to select a desired input from the menu that appears. The Flirc works great for all apps except for HULU, where the enter/ok/select button does not work. I am using a URC MX-900 universal remote.

Got another TV, a 32LB30RQ, and having same problem in getting my atlas remote to move up or down to select an input option.Below are some suggestions for troubleshooting your U-verse remote control: You can see this procedure and others in the 9XX instructions. Test and verify that the volume is now being controlled on the TV. You can manually program the OK/Select button so that it is sent to the TV. Press and hold the Mute and Select buttons at the same time until the TV button blinks twice. If you try the Atlas in TV mode, you should notice that pressing the digit buttons will cause the Cable button to light, because the remote is sending those signals to the cable box. If all the solutions provided above do not solve the problem, please chat with us (at the upper right corner), call consumer support, or contact your retailer. The idea is that even when the remote is in TV mode, the user actually wants the digit buttons and channel up/down to be sent to the cable box. All the inputs that are defined for the devices that participate in this activity are listed in the input screens. The Atlas, as delivered, employs a feature called Channel Lock. Sure, the reason that I had you use the RCRP05B is that it needed one less step than the Atlas.
